Manchester United will target the perfect striker in the summer
By Bence Bocsak
According to the latest reports Manchester United have identified the perfect forward to sign in the summer transfer window.
He was often the man for the occasion. The man for the big goals. The striker to rely on. The one final throw of the dice. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was a cult hero at Manchester United.
The Norwegian knows precisely what it takes to succeed as a striker at Old Trafford.
When the summer transfer window opens, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be seeking his very own striker prodigy.
Solskjaer needs a striker to take the reins at Old Trafford. A forward with the right pedigree and the potential to become the Red Devils’ hero.

After letting talisman Romelu Lukaku go in the summer, Solskjaer identified his compatriot, Erling Braut-Haland as the man to replace the Belgian in the January transfer window.
However despite frantic efforts to convince Haland to join United, the Red Devils’ attempts were to no avail.
Solskjaer had played his cards. He was forced to recruit Odion Ighalo on a temporary basis however whilst the Nigerian has done well during his short time at Old Trafford he cannot be expected to be the man who leads the line.
The Red Devils need a true leader. Someone who oozes quality and someone who fits the bill of Solskjaer’s project.
The Nigerian Victor Osimhen could be exactly just that.
And according to Le10Sport via the Daily Mirror United are one of the clubs who will be making a move for Victor Osimhen in the summer.
The Lille forward was brought to the French club during last summer in an attempt to fill the void of the departing Nicolas Pepe.
Victor Osimhen has done more than just fill the void, the Nigerian has exceeded expectations since he has arrived at Lille.
He has found the back of the net 18 times in all competitions already and his pace and power has tormented numerous defences.
They are traits which would be ideal in Solskjaer’s counter attacking style of play.
And at 21 years of age Victor Osimhen still has plenty of time to improve and hone his skills at Old Trafford.
Would you be happy with the signing of Victor Osimhen?
