Manchester United are set to play their biggest game of the season this afternoon against Manchester City. Here’s how they will line-up.
When Manchester United play against Manchester City it is far more than just an ordinary game. Even if the game would be played in a park, there would be an ample amount at stake.
The rivalry between the two clubs is as fierce as ever and it is entrenched in the history and lore of English football.
For many years, Manchester City were merely the noisy neighbours of United, however in recent times the tables seem to have been flipped.

When United welcome City to Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be desperate to prove this wrong.
Having played in plenty of Manchester derbies in the past as a player, the Norwegian understands profoundly what is at stake.
Fortunately, the Red Devils will approach the game on the back of some impressive form having scored a plethora of goals in their last few games.
Nonetheless if Solskjaer is serious about reaching the top four, this will be the game the Red Devils cannot afford to slip up in.
In City, they will be facing a side who have all but resigned to their fate. With 25 points behind the league leaders Liverpool, Guardiola’s side seem unlikely to clinch the league title.
Solskjaer will hope to put a further wound in City’s wounds.
Here is how United are expected to line-up:
Goalkeeper: David de Gea
Right Back: Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Centre Back: Harry Maguire
Centre Back: Victor Lindelof
Left Back: Luke Shaw
Holding Midfielder: Scott McTominay
Central Midfielder: Fred
Central Midfielder: Bruno Fernandes
Right Winger: Mason Greenwood
Forward: Anthony Martial
Left Winger: Daniel James
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s key players are expected to be fit for the occasion, with Harry Maguire set to return to action.
There will be a start for Luke Shaw who has been in good form recently, meanwhile Mason Greenwood will have a huge opportunity to impress against one of the best side’s in the country and continue his goalscoring run.
The key player will be McTominay and Bruno Fernandes for the Red Devils, if they can dominate against City’s midfield, United will have a good chance of winning the game.
Odion Ighalo could be a wild card from the bench.
