By Bence Bocsak
Manchester United are targeting an exciting Welsh prospect who has been catching the eye in the Premier League and could emulate Ryan Giggs.
At a historic club like Manchester United you are perpetually reminded of the players who have eternally forged their names into the club’s lore. At the Red Devils, perhaps one of the biggest names amidst those legendary figures is Ryan Giggs. The Welsh international spent a mighty 24 years at Old Trafford before announcing his retirement in 2014. For over two decades he was adored by the Red Devils’ faithful.
Ryan Giggs led the club to a hoard of titles from European cups to one Premier League victory to another. His pace as a youngster and his flair made him an explosive asset for the club. But as his energy started to dwindle Ryan Giggs was exemplary at adapting and maturing his game. During his final few years Ryan Giggs was as crucial to the club as he was in his heyday. No longer was he relied on for pace but rather for his vision and excellent distribution of the ball.
Perhaps no player in history will eclipse his achievements at Manchester United. However it will not stop others from trying.

One name who has shown ability reminiscent of Ryan Giggs is a fellow Welsh international in David Brooks.
The Bournemouth winger has dazzled Premier League defenders with the same skill and rapid movement that was characteristic of a young Ryan Giggs when he first emerged onto the scene.
And it seems David Brooks could follow his compatriot by having the chance to establish himself as an elite player at Old Trafford.
According to The Athletic via Inside Futbol, Manchester United are interested in signing David Brooks and could make a move for him in the summer.
United have lacked quality on the wing this season and summer arrival Daniel James is yet to fully kick on in the Red Devils shirt which may have forced United into looking at options elsewhere. David Brooks could be the perfect addition.
What do you think, could David Brooks emulate Ryan Giggs at Manchester United?
