Italian giants confident of signing surprising Manchester United star

A huge Italian club are extremely confident of landing a surprising Manchester United star in the summer window and it could be a blow to the Red Devils.
Manchester United have often been the hotbed for young players hoping to develop and hone their skills. Old Trafford has provided some of the best players in football their first start in the game. From the likes of David Beckham, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes, United are famous for bringing through young players.
When Tahith Chong moved to Old Trafford from his boyhood Dutch side, Feyenord, he must have had those names ringing in his ears. The young Dutch youth international would have been desperate to emulate the feats of those who made the step-up before him.
Unfortunately since his arrival Tahith Chong has not managed to make the impact he would have wanted and has failed to fight himself into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer‘s reckoning.

It is not for a lack of trying however. The 20 year old has been impressive for the Red Devils’ U23 side and has been their best player this season. During the short cameos Tahith Chong has made for the first team he has also caught the eye. Yet there doesn’t appear to be a permanent role for him to play.
And it is what Italian giants Inter Milan are set to capitalise on according to reports. The black and blues are hoping to entice Tahith Chong with the prospect of regular first team football and lure him to Italy.
And according to FC Inter News via SempreInter Inter Milan are so confident of signing Tahith Chong in the summer they are already looking at potential clubs to loan him out to in order to further his development and guarantee him first team football.
If Inter Milan do indeed sign Tahith Chong it will be their fourth signing from Manchester United since last summer after Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez and Ashley Young. The Italian club clearly have a taste for the Red Devils’ players.
