According to the latest reports Manchester United could be on the brink of receiving a huge bid from a Spanish giant for Paul Pogba.

Being at a club under transition can be both a frustrating and exhilarating process for a manager. While the manager is given control over rebuilding the squad, they will often face stumbling blocks with star players reluctant to patiently wait out the results. This is exactly the predicament faced by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Manchester United at the moment.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has undertaken a huge mission in trying to get the Red Devils back to where they belong. The Norwegian boss has built the major foundations with some strong signings and exciting young players coming through but he has failed to bring the results expected of the club.

United linger in 8th place in the Premier League and it is far from where United want to be. They trail the top four by a mighty six point gap and now have to rely on several other teams to drop points if they are to play in the Champions League next season.

It is no surprise that Paul Pogba, the club’s star player, is wanting a move away from Old Trafford. The World Cup winner is one of the best midfielders in the world when he is in form.

Pogba wants to play in Europe’s elite competition especially as he is nearing the prime years of his career. Understandably Solskjaer’s rebuilding process at United will take time and you could hardly blame the Frenchman if he is unwilling to wait it out.

The Red Devils will be reluctant to let Paul Pogba leave, however it seems that one of Pogba’s suitors could seduce the club with an enticing offer.

According to El Desmarque via the Daily Express, Real Madrid are prepared to offer cash plus Isco in exchange for Paul Pogba in the summer.

That would be the perfect solution for United as in Isco they will get a highly creative player who could thrive at Old Trafford.
