Manchester United set to beat Manchester City to exciting signing
By Bence Bocsak
Manchester United are in pole position to sign the exciting and highly coveted wonderkid in the summer over arch rivals Manchester City.
Who doesn’t love an exciting wonderkid signing? The abundance of opportunity. The bags of potential. The chance of becoming a club legend or cult hero. It offers an array of possibilities. Manchester United have had their fair share of exciting young arrivals at Old Trafford. From current star Paul Pogba to the likes of Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo who all arrived as youngsters before making their name at the club.
It is a tradition which looks set to continue under the guidance of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The former United player has already brought in some exciting talent to Old Trafford with the likes of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James, however next summer could see an even bigger emphasis on youth.
Solskjaer after all wants to establish a dynasty at United and a squad with the potential to dominate for years to come.

A huge part of that team could be Red Devils’ target Jude Bellingham. The club were thought to be highly interested in the young midfielder in January and are expected to make another move in the summer.
And United have been given a huge boost in their pursuit. Despite Manchester City being linked with the 16 year old according to Manchester Evening News via Birmingham Live the blue side are of Manchester are ‘not in’ for the youngster.
That will mean United can go all out for Jude Bellingham without the lure of their arch rivals on the table and it should give the club all the more reason to go for the young star.
Bellingham has shown incredible quality for someone so young. He has been one of Birmingham City’s best performers this season.
More crucially, Jude Bellingham has the energy and the pace which has been lacking in the United midfield this season. At 16 he has the world at his feet and Manchester United could be the perfect step for him to make a name for himself.
Would you be happy with Jude Bellingham signing for Manchester United?
