Manchester United: Solskjaer tipped to sign world class midfielder
By Bence Bocsak
The Manchester United boss has been tipped to sign a world class midfielder with Premier League experience to solve the club’s problems.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has huffed and puffed this season on the touchline. He has grimaced and scowled and through all the adversity put on a forced smile to deter his disappointment. Despite all his efforts Manchester United just haven’t managed to click into gear this season.
The club are on an unrelenting decline it seems. The Red Devils are plummeting towards the pit of doom.
As much as Solskjaer would like to thwart this trajectory he has been scuppered too by a hugely inept board unable to handle transfer negotiations and an extremely unfortunate injury crisis.

An area where the Red Devils have really struggled in this season has been the middle of the park.
Without their two best midfielders in Scott McTominay and Paul Pogba for large periods the season, the United midfield has often looked flat and devoid of creativity. It has seen the likes of Watford and Burnley run riot against them in recent times.
And while both McTominay and Pogba seem to be on the mend, Solskjaer’s problems could worsen in the summer. Paul Pogba seems to be almost certainly on his way out of Old Trafford with the Frenchman purportedly making his intentions clear.
The World Cup winner’s departure will leave a huge void needed to be filled at the club. However it seems that the Red Devils have been tipped to sign the perfect replacement for Paul Pogba.
According to Tony Cascarino writing for the Times via the Metro, Aaron Ramsey would be the ‘perfect fit’ for Manchester United.
And the former footballer is certainly not wrong. Aaron Ramsey has not been getting regular game time at Juventus and a recent report by Tuttosport has suggested that the Turin based club would be willing to sell the Welshman.
Ramsey has years and years of experience at the highest level and he is an outstanding footballer on his day. He definitely has the potential to fix United’s midfield issues and to even be the man to replace Paul Pogba.
What do you think would Aaron Ramsey be a good signing for Manchester United?
