The Manchester United boss is being linked with a move for an exciting young prospect in Europe and could be making his move soon.
Old Trafford stands proudly towering above the skyline on the outskirts of Manchester. It is rich with history and rightly regarded as the theatre of dreams. For many young players of Manchester United it was the home where their dreams indeed came true.
The Red Devils are famous for having one of the best academies in the world. Their history is rich with homegrown products establishing themselves as legends. Youth has always been valued at Manchester United ever since the reign of Matt Busby and made even more popular by Sir Alex Ferguson.
Now Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who has taken the Old Trafford throne is desperate to continue that tradition.
Whilst results have been wayward at Old Trafford so far, the Norwegian has done a great job in bringing through the next generation of talent from Carrington.
The kids have done well too. Scott McTominay has established himself as one of the best and most valuable players in the team, meanwhile Brandon Williams is arguably United’s best left back at the moment and ahead of Luke Shaw in the pecking order. Lastly Mason Greenwood has quickly proven himself as one of the best young prospects in the world right now.
As a young footballer, there is no better place for game time and development than at Manchester United.
And it seems Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could soon be adding yet another exciting prospect to his squad. According to French outlet RMC via the Daily Mirror Manchester United are interested in signing Eric Junior Dina Ebimbe from Paris Saint Germain at the end of the season.
Eric Ebimbe is a midfielder who is currently on loan at Ligue Two side Le Havre. The 19 year old has done extremely well there this season establishing himself as a key member of their squad. He is a robust and energetic midfielder who could definitely give more enthusiasm and life to United’s often lifeless midfield.
What do you think would Eric Ebimbe be a good signing for Manchester United?
