Real Madrid are set to test Manchester United and their resolve having placed their most lucrative offer on the table to date for Paul Pogba.
Manchester United and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer are bracing themselves for a turbulent January. Winter has well and truly arrived in Manchester and with that soon the ‘white walkers’ of Real Madrid could be creeping up on United in an attempt to steal their prized asset away. It will be a tough period for Manchester United and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer must be ready for all that is about to come.
Paul Pogba is undoubtedly one of the best players in world football right now. Having been nurtured Manchester United’s academy, the World Cup winner first abandoned the club on a free transfer and made his name at Italian side Juventus in the south.
Yet after a hugely successful period Paul Pogba could not resist the temptation to return and he made his move back to Old Trafford for a club record fee of £89m pounds. His second spell at United has often been shaky and it took him some time to really re-settle in Manchester but during the past year Pogba has grown into the Red Devils’ shirt once more and he has been producing some stellar performances.
It is no surprise one of the biggest club in the world in Real Madrid are trying to lure the Frenchman to the Spanish capital.
The Galacticos have already made several attempts at trying to bring Paul Pogba to the Bernabeu in the summer with no avail but it seems they haven’t given up. According to El Desmarque Real Madrid are set to offer their most lucrative offer for Paul Pogba yet in the January transfer window. The Spanish outlet reports that Real will offer Manchester United 100 million Euros plus Vinicus Junior in return for Paul Pogba.
That is an incredible offer with Vinicius Junior regarded as one of the most exciting young footballers of the current era being used as bait as well as a considerable amount of money offered which could be more than enough to adequately replace Pogba.
What do you think should Manchester United accept this deal for Paul Pogba?
