Paul Pogba – 6

The Frenchman was not himself today. Although he was positive with his passing, he didn’t keep up the intensity for the whole time he was on the pitch. Perhaps you could blame Mourinho for not playing a midfield three, but regardless of the formation, Pogba should’ve had more of an influence on the game than he actually ended up having.

Nemanja Matic – 6

Matic improved upon his performance against Manchester City last time around – but that isn’t exactly saying much, considering just how diabolical he was at the Etihad. Still, the Serbian should be commended for making key interceptions and some decent long balls to United’s forwards, although they didn’t amount to anything.
