In Sir Alex Ferguson’s last year in charge of Manchester United, he wins the league (again). Ferguson came to United in 1986. In almost every season, the Scottish coaching legend won silverware. In addition to silverware, Ferguson’s prestige attracted world class players from clubs all around the world.

Ferguson won trophies no matter what his roster looked like. However, Ferguson is one of few managers that can make decent players great players. For example, Ferguson won silverware with the likes of Anderson and Tom Cleverly on the roster.

Sir Alex Ferguson gave his all for Manchester United, and he went out on a high note.
