I know what you’re thinking. How can a player who’s missed half of the season be the most important player for Manchester United so far this year.

Look at the results.

Manchester United have been — well — less than convincing since Pogba’s injury in match day 1 of the Champions League.

Pogba was fulfilling his price tag and then some. He was driving the attack — linking with Matic, Lukaku, Martial, and Rashford.

He was playing like one of the best midfielders in the world and United were dependent upon him. Before his injury he knotched two goals and assists.
