The pick of his three goals was undoubtedly his improvised overhead kick for his second.
Liverpool did provide a bit of a scare through two Steven Gerrard goals in six minutes. One a penalty and the other a 20-yard free kick. Both won through fouls on Fernando Torres.
However, United deservedly hung on to secure all three points.
