A lot of promising youngsters take loans at other clubs as an opportunity to impress their parent club.  This season has not been any different at Manchester United.

A number of young players who otherwise would not have gotten a lot of playing time have plied their trade for other sides. This list includes the likes of Andreas Pereira, Adnan Januzaj, Sam Johnstone, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, Guillermo Varela, James Wilson and Joe Riley.

Here we take a look at how all of them have fared and what their chances are of being in the squad next season.
