Manchester United: Surviving Without Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Anthony Martial

The French winger was originally bought as a center forward by Louis Van Gaal last summer. After terrorizing right backs for most of the season, Martial found his new home at left wing. He played anywhere on the front 3 at Monaco, but he has settled on the left at United. He has the ability to play up top but is unlikely to play in the center for Mourinho.

The young attacker has scored 7 goals in all competitions and if the manager wants to use something different up top, then he has Martial at his disposal. It would be an interesting choice to leave Martial as the lone striker, but Mourinho has that option.
