Artur Boruc (Bournemouth)

Artur Boruc came into the Manchester United match in fairly bad form. Something about Old Trafford turned him into a star against the Red Devils. He produced a man of the match performance, including a penalty kick save. Even after getting beaten by Marcos Rojo early in the match, Boruc helped keep the Manchester United attack at bay.

Bournemouth went down to 10 men after an Andrew Surman red card. The Cherries looked down and out at this moment, but Boruc rose to the occasion. The goalkeeper and his defense stayed strong and kept Ibrahimovic and co. from finding the back of the net.

United continued their terrible form in front of goal, but nothing bad can be said about Zlatan’s penalty. While it wasn’t a belter of a penalty, the spot kick was placed low and in the corner of the goal. Boruc still made the save and saved the Cherries a point as well.
