Swansea City are a weird team to put it nicely. Manager Bob Bradley was a questionable hire at first, and still is. With two straight losses in which they were dominated in, however, they also demolished Sunderland 3-0, and beat Crystal Palace in a 5-4 nail biter. Swansea are the most confusing team right now and no one can put it down to consistency, or managerial system because none of it makes sense.

The Swans have scored eight goals in five games, but they both came in only two games in the aforementioned games. They also have huge defensive problems, conceding 15 goals in only five games. And what is this down to? The departure of former captain Ashley Williams is a huge reason. The former Stockport County legend was their defensive anchor and shows how much they’ve missed him. Another reason can be Bradley’s system, or lack thereof.

Swansea have West Ham, Bournemouth, and Crystal Palace in their next three games and the Swans have to deal with their ongoing problems. If they can convincingly wing at least one game and keep the other games close then Swansea might be able to turn it around. If not, it could be a short tenure for Bob Bradley.

13th in the RDA power rankings is a team that is starting to turn it around…
