Everton see themselves a lot lower in this power rankings than where they are in the EPL. This is down to their last five games with only four points coming from the games. They did get a win against Arsenal and a draw with Man United, but Everton are losing too much if they want to see themselves in a European position in the league, or even in the top half. Another outlier could be the Merseyside Derby which they lost 1-0 in a very testy affair.

The Toffees have only scored seven goals in their past five games which is about what you expect from an average team, but Everton need to be scoring more if they want to be in the top-seven or higher. With seven goals conceded too, Everton see themselves playing significantly average right now with a lack of urgency to win games and go up the league. They also have consistency issues right now too, with a great win against Arsenal, but a draw against Man United and a loss against Everton is stopping them being higher up.

With upcoming games against Leicester, Hull, and Southampton, Everton need to take at least six points from these games to assert themselves as a European contender and to finally hit their potential. The loss of Yannick Bolasie is huge and they will need to upgrade their wingers in January.

15th in the RDA power rankings we see the reigning champions who are showing huge consistency issues…
