With Manchester United’s new kit sponsorship deal with Adidas set to take effect from next season, fans all over the globe have been fantasising about what the new strip will look like. Well, look no further.

Many fans will have seen pictures doing the rounds over the last six months but it seems now that we may have definitive images of the next kits.

Reliable website footyheadlines.com has discovered exclusive images of the new away kit, complete with detailed imagery showing the finer details of the strip including the club crest and adidas logo.

Manchester United’s away strip for next season looks beautiful. A mainly white strip with red stripes keeps United’s trademark colours in tact. While that horrible golden cross for the Chevrolet sponsor seems to remain also, the kit is generally very nice. According to the website, the top will be accompanied by black shorts and red socks.

Now, an image has surfaced on Twitter which is apparently the home kit for next season. While these images tend to pop up quite often and this one doesn’t have all the details attached, it does seem to match the style that adidas seem to be attempting to bring through with the away kit.

The traditional red, white and black is obviously going to be apart of the strip but the general style of this is rather retro. The v-neck with the black trim and white stripes makes the kit stand out and look like an old-skool Manchester United kit.

While neither of these shirts have been confirmed yet and won’t be until the summer, it seems likely that they are the real deal or not far off from being the real thing.

According to footyheadlines.comadidas are planning on releasing a third kit too, which the website say will be “black with flashy red details”.

The kit deal is the biggest in world football worth £750 million over ten years. Reports have suggested that if Manchester United were to miss out on Champions League football for two consecutive years once the deal kicks in (so not including this season) then the value of the deal will drop significantly but the club’s hierarchy obviously don’t believe that to be an issue.

What do you think about the kits?
