Manchester United enjoyed a brilliant summer transfer window, signing some tremendous players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Raphael Varane and Jadon Sancho while also managing to avoid any major Old Trafford exits. But next summer, the picture might turn out to be very different, at least when it comes to departures.

There are quite a few players who have not played regular football for Manchester United recently and will be looking to head towards the exit door, either next summer or in January itself.

One man who has played a decent amount of football but might still be on his way out though is Paul Pogba. The French midfield maestro’s current deal runs out next summer and he is yet to sign an extension till now.

And it looks like the idea of a return to Juventus is one that attracts the World Cup winner. As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Pogba is ready to cut his salary to return to Juventus.

Pogba might be looking to leave Manchester United and rejoin Juventus

Pogba returned to Manchester United in the summer of 2016 but one could argue that he has never played his best football during his time with the Red Devils.

There have been rumours linking the Frenchman with an Old Trafford exit for a long time now and with his contract set to come to an end next summer, he will become a free agent then if he does not end up extending his current deal with Manchester United.

Now, one cannot rule out the possibility of Pogba extending his contract with Manchester United but with how things are going this season for the club as well as the player, it would not be a surprise if the midfielder looks to make a change. Of course, summer is still quite a bit away and a lot of things can change between now and then.
