Manchester United duo return to full training in double injury boost
Manchester United have had quite a few players on the sidelines recently with injury and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is yet to have a full strength squad to pick from this season. Yet, the incredible squad depth that the Red Devils have right now has meant that the manager has not faced any significant problems till now.
But an injury here or there and that might no longer be the case moving forward. Thus, it goes without saying that the injured players returning to full fitness will be a massive boost for the club.
Fortunately, there is some positive news on the injury front. As reported by Manchester Evening News, Manchester United have been handed a double boost as Scott McTominay and Alex Telles have both returned to full training.
That is brilliant news as both of them play in positions where the club do not possess incredible depth in at this point of time.

When it comes to midfield, Paul Pogba is expected to be a regular in one of the double pivot spots moving forward. McTominay is expected to compete with Nemanja Matic, Fred and Donny van de Beek for the other spot.
Out of those four, McTominay has shown that he has the best eye for goal and can play a very important role for Manchester United depending upon the situation. On the other hand, left-back is a position where Solskjaer could certainly do with the return of Telles.
Luke Shaw has been incredible over the past year or so. But he has also played a lot of football for both club and country over the course of that time. As a result, he could do with some rest from time to time. In Telles, Manchester United have a player who is not only capable of filling in but also competing for a first-team spot.
