Exciting update about Paul Pogba’s Manchester United future
It is safe to say that Paul Pogba’s future at Manchester United is up in the air at the moment. The French World Cup winner is in the final 12 months of his contract at this point of time.
Thus, if the Red Devils are unable to sign a contract extension with him soon, then they might have very few options other than letting him leave the club in this transfer window. Otherwise, he will become a free agent next summer.
Rumours have floated around surrounding Pogba’s Old Trafford future for a few years now. But it looks like there is still a chance that the player could end up remaining at Old Trafford.
As reported by Sky Sports, Pogba can see a long-term future at the club but he may not commit to signing a contract extension in this transfer window. If he does not sign a new deal by the end of this window, it will not automatically mean that he is against signing one in the future.
Pogba’s long-term future might lie at Manchester United
There have been a lot of rumours surrounding the future of the French midfield maestro but it looks like there is a chance that he could decide to remain at Old Trafford after all.

Pogba is believed to have a great relationship with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and is excited with the new signings that the club have made this summer. But at 28 years of age, he looks set to consider things carefully before signing a new contract, one which could be the last big one of his career.
The Frenchman has remained one of the most important parts of Solskjaer’s side and his great form last season was one of the biggest reasons that they finished second in the Premier League table and as runners up in the Europa League.
Thus, him deciding to remain at Old Trafford would be a massive boost for Manchester United. The club have not won a trophy in four seasons now and would be looking to bring an end to that streak as soon as possible. And someone like Pogba could play a huge part in achieving that goal.
