Manchester United set to make big transfer decision in two weeks
Manchester United have made a great start to the summer transfer window. They have already agreed a deal with Borussia Dortmund for Jadon Sancho, a player who they have been linked with for years now. The English winger will be expected to come in and quickly solve the depth issues at right wing.
Tom Heaton has also been signed. The 35-year-old could end up serving as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s number two next season if either David de Gea or Dean Henderson were to leave this summer.
The Red Devils would not be expected to stop here though. They are being linked with several other players but on the other hand, some could leave as well. Anthony Martial appears to be someone whose future is up in the air at this moment.
The Frenchman could leave Old Trafford either on a permanent basis or on loan this summer and the situation could become clearer over the next two weeks. While speaking on The Football Terrace and as reported by Express, Dean Jones said:
"“A lot of that is going to depend there on Marcus Rashford talking about this shoulder surgery he might need.“If he doesn’t need that, and will play, then I think Manchester United will look to move Martial on and potentially look at a loan if they have to.“But if Rashford is forced to miss two months of the season they’ll probably have to keep Martial.“I think we’ll get a clearer indication over the next two weeks over what United plan to do.”"

Could Martial be set to depart Manchester United this summer?
Not too long ago, Martial was looking like the long-term answer up top for the Red Devils. He finished the 2019/20 campaign as the club’s leading scorer with an impressive 23 goals.
The 2020/21 campaign did not go as well as he would have expected though. Martial struggled to find the back of the net on a consistent basis and by the end of the season, he was on the sidelines due to an injury while Edinson Cavani was looking like one of the best strikers in the Premier League. As a result, he is expected to find himself behind the Uruguayan in the striker pecking order.
And with Sancho set to arrive as well, first-team opportunities might be hard to come by for the 25-year-old. Thus, it is very possible that he could be headed out of the club either on loan or on a permanent basis. But it looks like it will depend on Rashford’s situation.
