Manchester United could sign Eduardo Camavinga for bargain transfer fee
Manchester United have started the summer transfer window in impressive fashion. After months of rumours and speculation, the Red Devils managed to agree a deal with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of Jadon Sancho. The English winger has appeared to be on their radar for years and finally, it looks like he will be playing his football at the Theatre of Dreams come next season.
The club have also already signed Tom Heaton on a free transfer. And the 35-year-old could end up serving as the back-up goalkeeper if either Dean Henderson or David de Gea was to leave this summer.
Another player that the Red Devils have been heavily linked with in recent weeks is Eduardo Camavinga. The 18-year-old French midfielder is one of the most highly-rated talents in the world.
And with just a year left on his current deal with Rennes, it looks like there could be a possibility to sign him for a transfer fee, which would be considered a bargain in modern football considering his incredible talent and potential. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano tweeted out:

Camavinga could be a brilliant signing for Manchester United
Despite just being 18 years of age, Camavinga has already been a first-team regular at Rennes for two seasons now. But with his contract expiring in the summer of 2022, the Ligue 1 side might have very few options other than to let him leave this summer. Otherwise, he will become a free agent a year later.
It appears that things are progressing with Manchester United. Not too long ago, it was believed that Camavinga was rated at around €100 million. But now, it looks like Rennes would be open to negotiate on a €30 million transfer fee.
It won’t be easy to get a deal for him over the line though. Paris Saint-Germain are also believed to be very interested in his signature. And if he was available for a €30 million transfer fee, several other clubs would be expected to try to make a move happen as well.
