Pogba is expected to leave Manchester United soon

The uncertainty revolving around Paul Pogba’s future at Old Trafford has been a regular feature by this point. The 2018 French World Cup winner sharpened his skills and caught the eyes of the footballing universe while playing alongside Andrea Pirlo in Juventus.

Now, Pirlo, being the Juventus manager, needs the favour back from Pogba, who has also admitted that he wants to play for Real Madrid one day.

Paris Saint-Germain are one of the biggest clubs in the world as well and possess the same ambition such as Juventus and Real Madrid – winning the Champions League.

Before sustaining a muscle injury in the game against Everton last weekend, Pogba was showing great form, scoring some sublime goals and leading the midfield with awe-inspiring performances.

Since moving back to Manchester from Turin, Pogba has garnered 36 goals and 36 assists from 192 appearances so far. His contract runs until 2022 but the club might be forced to let him go next summer if they want to get a transfer fee out of his departure.

But amidst the current financial crisis caused by the pandemic, it is unlikely that they will be able to recoup what they had paid to sign him in 2016. Although one cannot rule out the 27-year-old signing a contract renewal for Manchester United completely.
