Manchester United keep a big clean sheet

Unfortunately for Arsenal, they are taking on Manchester United two days after they lost to Sheffield United. As a result, the Red Devils will be keen to get their title challenge back on track and that is bad news for Arteta’s side.
United’s defence has been shaky all season and they have made lots of mistakes. But after a poor performance on Wednesday, the back-four along with David de Gea will have something to prove. Arsenal has struggled to score this season and rank in the bottom half in terms of goals and could endure a rough time against an inspired United defence.
Another thing that should be noted is that both Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw were missing against Sheffield United, while Fred and Scott McTominay were not sitting ahead of them either.
Thus, with the winning formula back on the pitch, we could witness a shutout of Arsenal this evening.
Hopefully, a big win over the Gunners will help get United back on track and renew their title charge after a blip against Chris Wilder’s side in midweek.
