Jack Grealish made Manchester United admission to friends
Reports have emerged revealing that Jack Grealish made a Manchester United admission to his friends back in the summer.
Manchester United are flying high at the moment. In a season where no other team have managed to find a semblance of consistency, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side look absolutely unstoppable.
Yes, it has not been pretty on most occasions. But it has been effective to say the least. And they do have a bit of luck to thank for it as well. At the end of the day though, the Red Devils are well and truly in the Premier League title race and that is all that matters.
While they might be behind Liverpool on goal difference, Solskjaer’s men are the ones in form while Liverpool appear to be losing ground. Thus, do not be surprised if United sit alone at the pinnacle of the table in the very near future.
There are still areas that need reinforcement in this squad though and a number of players have been linked with a switch to Old Trafford as a result. One of them is the man they came up against last night in the form of Jack Grealish.

The Englishman has been absolutely superb this season. But according to the Daily Mail, he had reportedly told his friends that he was on his way to the Theatre of Dreams back in the summer. Obviously a move did not go through and he remained at Aston Villa.
A huge reason for that was believed to be the sky high £65 million that Dean Smith’s side demanded for his services. United were not prepared to pay that much. In hindsight, that could have been a mistake though.
Grealish has been on fire this season, scoring 6 goals and providing 9 assists in just 16 appearances in all competitions. And at this point of time, his asking price is believed to be around £100 million.
The player himself does seem to be interested in a move if the reports are indeed accurate. But the question is, will United be willing to pay that much for him if the opportunity did come knocking?
