Manchester United star overtakes Kevin De Bruyne’s record

The Manchester United star overtook Kevin De Bruyne after a brilliant performance against West Ham United.
Manchester United secured their fourth straight win in the Premier League after a brilliant 3-1 comeback against West Ham United on Saturday. The Red Devils looked to be in tough spot in the first half of the game and were trailing by a goal. And to be very honest, they were lucky that it was just the one goal that the Hammers had scored after a dominant half of football.
Ole Gunner Solskjaer was once again stuck with a grim situation at half time but then he made the substitutions that changed the game, introducing Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford in place of Donny Van de Beek and Edinson Cavani.
The duo made a huge impact on the game. Paul Pogba scored an absolute banger to bring things level, after which goals from Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford turned the game around, securing another 3 points for the Red Devils.

Once again, it was Bruno Fernandes who deserved special credit for the win, creating an outrageous 8 chances for his teammates which, as reported by The Express, is the most by any player this season. Previously this record was held by the Manchester City superstar Kevin De Bruyne, who created 6 chances for his team in a match against the Wolves.
It is undeniable now that Man United have got their hands on one of the best midfielders in the Premier League. The 26-year old is already a reported target for Real Madrid and FC Barcelona as well.
Such rumours will have Manchester United fans worried though. With such big names interested in him, it might get difficult for the Red Devils to hold on to their star playmaker. If they are not able to secure a Champions League spot next season, do not be surprised to see the Portuguese sensation walk out of Old Trafford, which will be an absolute disaster.
As a result, Champions League qualification will be a top priority for Solskjaer. And judging by their recent performances, they will be confident of getting the job done.
