The Manchester United youngster has already been compared with FC Barcelona legends Andres Iniesta and Xavi Hernandez.

Manchester United have always been known for creating and developing young talents straight out of their academy. This has been the very foundation of the club since the era of Sir Alex Ferguson, who has produced uncountable talents from the academy like David Beckham, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes just to name a few.

Mason Greenwood is another such player who made quite a few headlines with his outstanding performances at the academy and was also able to produce similar results in the starting XI. Hopefully, he has a huge future ahead of him as well.

The Red Devils have always believed in giving the youth a chance to prove themselves on the pitch and Ethan Galbraith is next in line waiting for his big moment.

The 19-year old has already signed a contract with the club till 2023 and has already made his senior international debut for Northern Ireland as well. And the youngster has already been compared to FC Barcelona legends Andres Iniesta and Xavi.

According to his manager, Nigel Baraclough, he can manipulate the ball and create chances for positive passes.

As reported by Manchester Evening News, Baraclough said:

"“He’s excelled with the Under-21s and he’s a different type of player to anyone we’ve got in the senior squad.“Hopefully it’s the start of a long career for him. Hopefully, he relishes his time from the start in this squad, rather than coming in from the Under-21 squad. He has earned his right with the way he has gone about his play for the last six months.“Not to put too much pressure on his shoulders, but he’s our little Iniesta or Xavi, someone who can get on the ball and manipulate the ball and find positive passes. Over the coming years, he will give us a different flavour to the squad.”"

Although the youngster has a long way to go, being compared to the Barcelona legends must be a huge confidence booster for him. And with Pogba’s exit from the club looking more likely with every passing day, a player like Galbraith might just be a perfect replacement for the Red Devils. The important thing for him now though is to put his head down and work hard to break into the first-team.
