Manchester United have found the perfect striker to solve their problems

According to reports Manchester United are interested in signing a hugely exciting forward and he could be the answer to what the Red Devils seek.
When the whistle blew at Old Trafford on Sunday night, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer beamed. Many in Manchester United colours collapsed on the floor in a cathartic state. For over ninety minutes the men representing the Red Devils battled through every loose ball and chased down everything they could.
The club’s rivals, Manchester City, could not cope, they were forced to succumb.
Solskjaer secured an easy 2-0 victory and now looks on course to reach a Champions League sport for next season.

For the first time this season, the Red Devils seemed worthy of representing the shirt. They recalled fond memories of the past and made the Old Trafford reminisce. Just like Paris Saint Germain away last year, the victory was a glimmer of what Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s dynasty could become.
Of course however, the team remains imperfect and there are plenty more to be done if the Red Devils are to come out of their metamorphosis, but the performance has beyond doubt proven that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the right man to take the reins during the process.
An area that the Norwegian will undoubtedly reinforce in the summer is the forward position.
Solskjaer failed with an attempt to sign Erling Braut Haland in the January window and he will be hoping to have better luck this time around.
He has certainly identified the perfect candidate for United if the latest rumours are to be believed.
According to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils are ‘monitoring’ Jonathan David of Gent as a potential recruitment for the summer.
Jonathan David has been in astonishing form in Belgium this season. The Canadian forward has found the back of the net 23 times in all competitions and has given out 10 assists.
Those are impressive figures but his playing style and ability is even more eye catching.
Jonathan David possess a frightening turn of pace combined with a nifty dribbling ability. He is also extremely versatile and can play in several roles across the front three and even as a number ten.
He is still young at 20 and would be a cheap option for the Red Devils.
Many have made the step-up from the Belgian division into top leagues in recent times and it certainly seems to be a hotbed for young talent.
Jonathan David could be the gem United need. His pace would be a perfect fit for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s counter attacking football.
