Loan watch (October): How well are Manchester United’s loanees doing at their clubs so far this season?

Timothy Fosu-Mensah
Date of birth: 02/01/1998 (age 20)
National team: Netherlands
Loan club: Fulham
Position: Defender
The immensely talented Fosu-Mensah enjoyed a good loan spell at Crystal Palace last season, securing precious Premier League minutes across 21 games. This season, the versatile defender has been playing as a right-back for newly-promoted side Fulham – another great opportunity in England’s top flight.
The 20-year-old made five appearances for the Whites in which he looked pretty solid, before coming off in their latest Premier League game against Arsenal with a shoulder injury.
We wish the Netherlands international a speedy recovery, but if he doesn’t do so soon, he may lose his place in Fulham’s starting XI, as manager Slavisa Jokanovic has many options at his disposal.
