No.4 – Manchester United 3-0 Liverpool (December 14th)

Very recent but just as sweet now.

Manchester United dished out some sweet, sweet revenge a couple of weeks ago when they toppled Liverpool at Old Trafford thanks to goals from Wayne Rooney, Juan Mata and Robin van Persie. Under Moyes, Liverpool came to Old Trafford in the midst of their title charge and completely walked over United winning 3-0 with relative ease.

But it was a completely different story this season with Manchester United relatively comfortable throughout. David De Gea picked up all the praise however after his stunning saves meant he kept a clean sheet. The shot stopper saved from Raheem Sterling, Jordan Henderson and Mario Balotelli on countless occasions to ensure his reputation continues to rise and Manchester United finally managed to extract some revenge and pile on the misery to their struggling nemesis.
